I wholeheartedly endorse this company. Aqua Sphere provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I can recall. From the first phone call to the sweet lady (Jeannie??) in the office,... to the installer, and especially John Bushong, these people earned a lot of goodwill in the short time they spent with me. I was particularly impressed with how well John explained the whole process and listened to my needs and wants. As a science person, I was also pleased that he was able to geek out on some microbiology stuff too. Bonus!! Oh yeah, and the nice, soft water is good too.
