This is our first time getting a water softening system and our experience with AquaSphere has wonderful! First of all, their customer service is exceptional! They have been very informative and easy to contact. It was important to us to use a local company for this reason. It was also important to us that they manufacture everything in the USA. I have noticed a considerable difference in the softness of my skin and hair since the installation. I wholeheartedly recommend this business.

This company wants to improve your home and make drinking water from the faucet better! No more buying water at the store. John and Tim were unbelievably knowledgeable. They care about helping customers not pushing sales. We went from literally swimming pool water to totally drinkable straight from the faucet.

We love our water system we got from Aqua Sphere Inc. Zack and Bradley were awesome putting it in and we're very professional. I wholeheartedly endorse this company. Aqua Sphere provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I can recall. From the first phone call to the sweet lady (Jeannie??) in the office, to the installer, and especially John Bushong, these people earned a lot of goodwill in the short time they spent with me. I was particularly impressed with how well John explained the whole process and listened to my needs and wants. As a science person, I was also pleased that he was able to geek out on some microbiology stuff too. Bonus!! Oh yeah, and the nice, soft water is good too. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them.

USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely top notch. I debated buying equipment and trying it on my own, but decided to reach out to these guys to at least see what they had to offer and am I glad I did. John gives you all you need to know about water chemistry and tells you WHY you need (or don't need) certain things. Tim the installer showed up on time and got everything setup in no time and explained everything I needed to know about our new sediment filter and chlorinator. Both guys were great to work with. Now, let me tell you why I felt compelled to write this review, when I never review anything, good or bad. I have reached out a few times to John after install, the first concerned the chlorine level in the water and boom, he was onsite the next day to adjust, amazing; the second concerning the installation of a pressure booster pump and where it should go in the treatment line, which he answered immediately via text, again, amazing. But this past weekend, I texted John past 5pm on a Saturday that the chlorine injector had a leak and was leaking water on the pump house floor. It wasn't a dire emergency, but it also required us to shut the water off in the house. I cannot believe that within 90 minutes of that text, Tim was onsite and replacing the broken part. I was floored. It is so unfortunately rare to find a service company that operates like this anymore. Businesses just don't care about their customers like these guys do anymore, but I am certainly happy to take a minute to write a review for them as people need to give these guys every ounce of business they can as it's from a company that actually cares about the customer after the sale. Amazing people and company.

From sales to installation they are top notch. We previously had a system with Pentair installed in our brand new home. One month into the service, there were problems. They advised us they no longer service our area. WHAT!? We told them to come and get their equipment, because we needed a company that stands behind their product and are available when issues arise.John at Aqua Sphere was fantastic! He set up our new system based on our specific needs. There was consistent follow up to make sure everything was running smoothly. When I learned that several people in our new sub division were using them, I wished I had called them first!

We recently built a new home and hired Aqua Sphere to help us with our water softener and mineral content. We have been repeatedly impressed with the professionalism of their sales staff and technicians on their knowledge and workmanship. All appointments were on-time and not cancelled (which happened repeatedly while building with various vendors/subs).I also like that our package comes with servicing the equipment and they make the reminder calls & appointments.But the best thing about using Aqua Sphere for us is the delicious taste of our water. We added a RO in the kitchen sink and I have never had better tasing water - my coffee is so good now, I will never have to buy it elsewhere.I highly recommend Aqua Sphere for the quality of their work and value of their equipment & service.

Awesome experience with the Aqua Sphere team! Alan and Bradley came out to look at my 3 year old GE Water Softener. The team came out and gave some recommendations on how to fix the problem. Zach at Aquasphere has been the technician servicing our system for years. Last Friday afternoon, my wife and I got home from being gone a few days and found a 1 1/4" PVC pipe in the well house spraying water from a crack like a fire hose. I called local well service companies but didn't get any answer as it was 4pm on a Friday! I called Aquasphere and the nice lady who answered said that the owner would be over in a bit to see if they could help (keep in mind they are not a well service or plumbing company...and I don't know the owner). Alan showed up, started making calls to other well companies he knew, but also wasn't having success, so he called on his own team and Zach got his kids situated with his mother in law (wife had to work) and then came over and the two of them spent a good chunk of their friday evening fixing and improving our main supply lines in the well house...no small task given that we have lines going to a horse barn, shop, sprinklers, house, spigots in the yard, etc. They were friendly and really concerned that our water supply be restored that evening. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased and thankful. They will always be our go-to company for all our water softening/water quality needs.

We met with Jon to discuss different options and he quickly provided written quotes on different systems that would be suitable for our home. Jon knew at what point to install it and he came back when the home was finished to walk us thru everything. Very professional!! Highly recommend!!

Aqua Sphere installed a new water filtration and softener system on our well recently. We can't say enough great things about this company. The people we worked with were friendly and professional. From the initial visit to determine what we needed, to the follow up after the install, they were knowledgeable and great to work with. They were so patient with us as we learned about their products and how our system works. Alan Branson, John Bushong, Zack, and all the people I have encountered with Aqua Sphere have been WONDERFUL to work with! The difference the system made in our water quality was IMMEDIATE and AMAZING! We are very pleased with the results and are totally happy that we spent the money on this system. We have needed two minor adjustments to the system since it was installed. We were told this might be needed before the installation began. Both times someone was there within a few hours to make the adjustments. These are men of integrity and dedicated to their customers.

I have incredibly hard well water, and my wife asked me to find someone to put in a water softener for the house and water filtration for our drinking water. I feel like I hit a home run finding these guys. Alan came out and put in the water softener and a clean and clear water filer under the kitchen sink. Holy crap, the difference is night and day. No more stopped up shower heads, and my wife is tickled about not having the stained clothing in the washing machine and better drinking water than you can buy anywhere. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Great service, fair pricing, and these guys were telling me more about the chemistry of water than I knew existed.
